Resending ticket/lost ticket In case of lose or no confirmation message received kindly contact our customer care for assistance. Printing/Where I get a ticket? Tickets are printed from the bus station after presentation of the confirmation SMS. Booked multiple seats but only one name appears on the confirmation SMS? What payment options do I have? Currently Mpesa is the only available payment option. Did not receive any mpesa pop up prompting the payment ? If a pop up does not appear on your phone a text message follows soon with the details on how to make payments via paybill Also for the pop up to appear a client should update their mpesa menu. Payment Timeout? It will take less than 4min to make payments Longer than 4min the client has to do the booking once again to receive another valid account number to be able to make payments.
Departure and Destination.
- For booking we start with the departure town then destination town. - There are several pages displaying the towns. Seat arrangements/selection Seat arrangements depends on the bus company but far left and the far right are window seats.
